Description
Living with the usual high STUWO standard in single rooms—that is what our new dorm in the Spengergasse 27 offers. The dormitory has approximately 7.000 square meters floor space. Each resident has an average floor space of approximately 20 square meters (including common areas) at his/her disposal. Vienna's 5th District is particularly well linked to public transportation. The universities, especially the Technical University of Vienna can be reached comfortably and quickly with public transportation and by bicycle. You need less than 25 minutes with rail and bus and only half that time by bike (the subway lines U1 and U4, the light rail station Südbahnhof, the streetcar lines 62 and 65, as well as the bus lines 14a/12a are in the immediate vicinity). Garage rentals at only € 94/mo. offer car owners the option to park inexpensively and comfortably. A very good infrastructure and nearby shopping facilities ease the everyday life of the student beyond questions about food and in the dorm's own student café with winter garden you can end your stressful day in a relaxed atmosphere.
