Description
We will open our new dormitory (Technologiepark Villach St. Magdalen) in October 2012. It will be located in striking distance to the University of Applied Sciences which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. There STUWO provides 110 single living-/bedrooms in double-bedroom apartments.

Location
The dormitory inwardly of the technology park is located directly at the river Drau, in greenfield, in the south outskirts of the town Villach St. Magdalenen. You can go there by public transport – e.g. bus line 3 or 30 (time interval nearly 40 minutes) from the train station of Villach to the campus of the University of Applied Sciences. The time tables of the buses are optimally adapted with the time tables of the ÖBB. The city centre of Villach is about 4 kilometres away and you will be there within 20 minutes by bicycle.
Villach is quite an important transport nodal point in Austria. So you can simply go there by car on the motorway (A2 – Klagenfurt – exit Wernberg – following the B83/A10 - Salzburg – exit Villach/Ossiacher See following the B33).

Please note! If you book via an agency (for example ÖAD) different prices can be expected!
Personal telephone costs, possible garage rentals, and the expenses for the laundry machines must be paid separately. The rooms are allocated by STUWO and there is no claim for a specific room. Interest accrued on deposits will be credited to the account of the student´s representation.
A non-recurring fee for administration (EURO 75,--) has to be paid in case of signing the contract. For contracts starting in October 2012 the fee will be EURO 78,--. By proving of the non-acceptance at University the fee will be payed back.
