Personal telephone costs and the expenses for the laundry machines must be paid separately. The rooms are allocated by STUWO and no claims can be made to specific rooms. New residents are always allocated to rooms in category C. Interest accrued on deposits remains with the STUWO AG.

A one-time processing fee of EURO 75 - must be paid when the contract is signed.
