This modern dormitory belongs to the STUWO since 2008. The house has an effective floor space of 4,500 square metres and 116 apartments. The dormitory is centrally located and belongs to an attractive residential neighbourhood.The overwhelming majority of the 113 dorm spaces are utilized by agencies, above all by the Austrian Agency for International Cooperation in Education and Research (OeAD-GmbH). That is the reason why just a small number of free flats is assigned directly by STUWO AG.

Location
The dormitory Haus Simmering has mould gating to the underground and rapid transit. You can walk to the station „Zipperer Straße“ (underground: U3 or tram: line 71) within two minutes. The city centre with the Stephansdom is only 10 minutes away. You will find all main universities of Vienna in a short period of time (15-20 minutes). The station „Geiselbergstrasse“ (tram: line 6, bus: line 69A, rapid train: S7 directly to the airport) is only 5 minutes away from the dormitory. You can also go there by car: take the „Süd-Ost-Tangente“ exit „St. Marx“. After 5 minutes you will find the house in its quiet surrounding.

Please note! If you book via an agency (for example ÖAD) different prices can be expected!
Personal telephone costs, possible garage rentals, and the expenses for the laundry machines have to be paid separately. The rooms are allocated by STUWO and there is no claim for a specific room. Interest accrued on deposits will be credited to the account of the student´s representation.
A non-recurring fee for administration (EURO 75,--) has to be paid in case of signing the contract. For contracts starting in October 2012 the fee will be EURO 78,--. By proving of the non-acceptance at University the fee will be payed back.
