We will open our new dormitory (Vorgartenstrasse 110 A, 1020 Vienna) on the 1st of March, in an area of urban development called Nordbahnhof – with mould gating to the underground and rapid transit. Close to the University of Applied Sciences Technikum and the future university. There we offer 204 modern single living-/bedrooms in double-bedroom apartments.

Please note! If you book via an agency (for example ÖAD) different prices can be expected!

 

Personal telephone costs, possible garage rentals, and the expenses for the laundry machines have to be paid separately. The rooms are allocated by STUWO and there is no claim for a specific room. Interest accrued on deposits will be credited to the account of the student´s representation.

A non-recurring fee for administration (EURO 75,--) has to be paid in case of signing the contract. For contracts starting in October 2012 the fee will be EURO 78,--. By proving of the non-acceptance at University the fee will be payed back.

Deposit: EURO 500,-- (incl. VAT)
