Terms of application:

I certify the declarations I furnished above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I agree in case of admission to accept the contract of use, the dormitory statute, the dormitory ordinance, as well as the respective cost per dorm place. In particular in case of admission I commit myself to the payment of the respective monthly amount due for housing in the way of debit traffic, determined before beginning of the academic year by the STUWO Gemeinnützige Studentenwohnbau AG.

Incorrect communication and violation of the obligation to register entail the loss of the dorm place.

In accordance with §22 DSG we inform you that your data will be processed automatically for purposes of record keeping. These data cover your name, address, and bank account number. Transmissions of these data will take place only due to legal obligations or for the purpose of monetary transactions and exchange. Other transmissions require a seperate agreement with you in every single case for every designated receiver.
