Especially in times of social media, where other people\u2019s lives often seem more exciting, FOMO can be really overwhelming. But do not worry, you are not alone with this feeling and there are ways to cope with it. Academic success in your circle can add to that feeling too. Often, it stems from the fear of not experiencing enough, not being special enough or simply not being able to keep up. Typical signs that you might have fallen into this trap include:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Constantly checking social media: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You always check what others are posting.
