You can find the latest prices directly on the page of each student dorm. Monthly rents at STUWO Graz start at just 469 for your own room in a three-person apartment. Depending on the apartment category, rooms are available fully furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished. All apartments include a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. Utilities such as heating, hot water, electricity, and internet are already included in the rent.

How does the payment process work?

Once a room or apartment in your preferred category becomes available for your desired move-in period, we’ll send you an offer by email.

If you’d like to accept the offer, you can pay the security deposit and the first month’s rent via the payment link in the email within three business days. Once the payment has been received, your room is bindingly reserved for you.

We’ll then send you your rental agreement by email. Please sign and return it promptly to complete your booking.

If payment is not received within three business days, the offer will expire and the room or apartment may be offered to other applicants.

Existing residents can conveniently pay their monthly rent by SEPA Direct Debit.

Do I have to clean the room myself?

At STUWO StudentCity Graz, you’ll receive support with cleaning your room or apartment. We provide a regular basic cleaning service, which is included in your rent. This covers cleaning the floors, surfaces, and bathroom areas.

How far is the STUWO student residence from the university?

Our STUWO dorms StudentCity Graz and Smart Living Graz, are located close to FH Joanneum. You can reach the campus in just 8 minutes from StudentCity Graz and in only 2 minutes from Smart Living Graz. The University of Graz, Graz University of Technology (TU Graz), the Medical University of Graz, and the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz are all just 15 to 20 minutes away.

How difficult is it to get a place in a student accommodation?

It mainly depends on your timing. As a general rule, the earlier you apply, the better. Demand for student dorm spots in Graz is especially high at the start of the autumn semester. To secure your preferred accommodation, it’s best to book several months in advance.
