We stand for transparency – also when it comes to our prices! Which is why our All-in rent covers everything: heating, water, electricity, fiberglass internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as the fitness and spa rooms for free. The only exception is the laundry room.

Equipment

The STUWO Arsenal includes spacious single- and double apartments with an integrated kitchen, some of them with balcony or terrace. Particularly of interest for couples are our generous couple apartments with a kingsize bed. Of course, the STUWO dormitory also offers barrier-free apartments. All apartments include an entry hall and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Your apartment is stylishly furnished but also offers enough space for individual design ideas. We provide:

Location and surrounding area

Our student home is located close to the Arsenal in the southeast of Vienna and offers perfect access to public transport. Vienna’s Main Train Station is only a few minutes away. Within close proximity, you have the tram line 6 in the directions Burggasse (metro line U6) and Westbahnhof (metro line U3 and S-trains) and the line D, which takes you to TU and University of Vienna. In the neighborhood, you will find a great variety of shops, bars and restaurants. If you are in need of fresh air, the Herderpark is close by.

Louis from Germany: “I think STUWO Arsenal is great, it’s brand new and very modern. You feel at home right away. When I moved to Vienna I decided to move into a student dormitory because it was so easy to arrive only with a suitcase full of clothes and everything else I need is already here.”

It is always clean and both the cleaning staff and the administration are making every effort to help if you have a question or an urgent matter. Despite the “Corona Semester”, I stayed in the dormitory instead of going home because I wanted to experience at least a little bit of student life and here I can concentrate better on studying because I am in my own four walls.”

The cleaning staff is also nice, if you have an online class, they always try to be very quiet and careful, which I think is very good. When I moved in, there was still some final construction work, that bothered me a bit, but it’s brand new, so that was normal. I am completely satisfied and would choose this student residence again.”
