We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

Our inviting apartments are functional and furnished yet offers enough space to customize it to your needs. You share your kitchen and the bathroom (shower, sink, mirror, storage box) in the anteroom only with your roommate.
