We stand for transparency – especially when it comes to our prices! Our all-in rent covers everything: heating, water, electricity, internet, cable tv and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as the fitness or spa areas for free. The only exception is the laundry room.

Equipment

In the STUWO Student City Graz you will find only single rooms in two- or three-room apartments. Each one has a fully equipped  small integrated kitchen (glass ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator and sink) in the anteroom and a modern designer bathroom with toilette. You will share both with only your roommate. Many apartments also have direct access to the shared balcony!

The rooms are fully furnished. You will find in them:

Location and surroundings

Graz, known as the University City with lots of culture to offer, provides solid public transportation. The STUWO StudentCity Graz on Eggenberger Gürtel 71 is located between Graz Central Train Station (twelve-minute walk) and the City Park Shopping Centre (six-minute walk). Tram and bus stops are right in front of the student home. You can easily reach the city center of Graz and its many shops, bars and restaurants, as well as all universities of the city by public transport, as well as by bike in a very short time.

STUWO StudentCity Graz offers 280 student accommodation places, but as a modern residence in a central location, demand is naturally high. That’s why we recommend applying as early as possible. FH Joanneum can be reached in 16 minutes, Graz University of Technology (TU Graz) in 20 minutes, and both the University of Graz and the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz in 26 minutes.

Yes, paid underground parking spaces are available at STUWO StudentCity Graz. Bicycles can also be stored securely in the on-site bicycle storage room.
