Information about the student accommodation

We stand for transparency – especially when it comes to our prices! Our all-in rent covers everything: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as the fitness and spa areas for free. The only exception is the launderette.

Equipment

Our one- and two-room apartments are fully furnished in a cozy, modern style and each include a private kitchen and bathroom.

The small kitchen is either located within the room itself or, in the case of a two-room apartment, in the adjoining anteroom. The bathroom with shower and toilet is for your own use or shared only with your roommate.

Our rooms are fully furnished yet offer enough space to personalize them. We provide:

  • A JOKA bed with mattress and quilt, pillow and molton mattress protector

Our student home Simmering is located in a quiet side street. Metro, tram and bus are only 2min walking distance away. All major universities (University of Vienna, WU, TU) are only 15 to 20 minutes away. In just 10 minutes the metro takes you right into the heart of Vienna to the much loved Stephansplatz.

How do you like STUWO Simmering?

Tatjana from Serbia: “I am very happy to live here. My apartment overlooks the garden, which belongs to the dorm. In summer, you can have a BBQ and play table tennis as well. Most of the students are very nice and friendly. The staff is very friendly too, and the student home is very clean.”
