We stand for transparency – especially when it comes to our prices! Our all-in rent covers everything: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection, and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all the  leisure facilities, like the spa and fitness area, for free – only the launderette is excluded.

Equipment

All apartments in our Spengergasse student residence impress with STUWO’s proven high quality. You share the anteroom as well as the bathroom and the toilet only with your roommate. Couples are also welcome. Just ask about our duplex apartments!

Our rooms are fully furnished. You will find:

Location and surroundings

Our student dorm in the 5th district of Vienna is very well connected to public transport. The universities nearby, especially the TU, can be comfortably and quickly reached by both public transport and bike. The metro lines U1 and U4 as well as the train station Matzleinsdorfer Platz are in the immediate vicinity of our student home. In the surrounding area you can also find numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
