Fresh and modern! After a major renovation during summer 2023, we now offer many NEW apartments in addition to our existing rooms in our very first STUWO student home! Here, preserved solid wood furniture meets new design, cheerful colors and modern furnishings.

The new accommodation units score with spacious rooms and a variety of different apartment categories – from single rooms in a three-person flat share, spacious double room apartments, and modern single apartments to bright gallery apartments for couples or just you alone. Information about the student accommodation

We stand for transparency – especially when it comes to our prices! Our all-in rent covers everything: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as the inhouse gym for free. The only exception is the launderette.

The apartments have a bathroom and toilet as well as their own small kitchen with oven or microwave. The rooms are fully furnished and still offer enough space to personalise them according to your needs. It includes:

Our STUWO student home Strozzigasse is conveniently located. The University of Vienna is just a 15-minute walk away, and public transport can get you to many other universities in a short time. Around our student home you can find many shopping and entertainment options.
