We stand for transparency – especially when it comes to our prices! That’s why our all-inclusive rent includes everything: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection, and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all the mentioned leisure facilities for free – only the launderette is excluded.

Our apartments are functional and furnished yet they offer enough space to customize them according to your needs. You share the bathroom (shower, sink, mirror, storage box) just with your roommate and there is a shared kitchen on every floor.

Today I’m very happy about it, because the dorm is very well located and close to the city center. More contact with others Residents would be nice, but unfortunately this is a bit difficult due to Corona. Nevertheless, I have met a lot of people here and made some friends. ”

First it was new to me to share a bathroom with my apartment mate and to cook in a communual kitchen but both turned out fine – Now I actually love the community kitchen because it is a great place to meet new people.”
