We stand for transparency – especially when it comes to our prices! Our all-in rent covers everything: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as the fitness and spa areas for free. The only exception is the launderette.

At our student home STUWO Vorgartenstraße, we offer modern single rooms in two-room apartments. You’ll share the bathroom (with a separate toilet) only with your roommate. As a special option, we also offer apartments with a mini kitchen or a private balcony!

Your apartment room is fully furnished but still offers enough space to customize it according to your wishes.

Location and surroundings

Our STUWO student home Vorgartenstraße is well connected to public transport, but at the same time it is quiet and idyllic in the urban development area ‘Nordbahnhof’. By bus or train, it is less than 20 minutes to the city center and all major universities in Vienna. The FH TechnikumVienna and the University of Economics and Business can also be easily reached by bicycle. Another extra is its vicinity to the Danube Island and the Prater, as well as many bars, restaurants and shops.
