We stand for transparency – especially when it comes to our prices! Our all-in rent covers everything: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

In our Villach student home, you will find exclusively single apartments with a bathroom and toilet, as well as single rooms in two-person apartments. You will share your kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, extractor fan and sink) and the bathroom (which has a separate toilet) with your other roommate only. On request, the apartments can be used as a small flat.

Location and surroundings

Our student home is perfectly located on the FH campus, only 4.5 kilometres away from the city centre. It only takes a three-minute walk to get to the university. The building is also located next to the Drava River, on the Southern end of St. Magdalen. The area is well connected to public transport via bus lines 3 and 30. The city centre of Villach has many bars, restaurants and shops. You can also reach it by bike in just 15 minutes.
