We stand for transparency – especially when it comes to our prices! Our all-in rent covers everything: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can use all of our leisure activities such as the fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

The friendly single rooms in the three-person apartments are furnished and still offer enough space for individual decorations. The anteroom includes a kitchen (with microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, extractor fan and sink) as well as a bathroom (with a shower, sink, mirror and storage box) and a separate toilet, which you share only with your roommates!

Our STUWO dormitory is centrally located on a small peninsula right by the river Traun, directly next to the ABZ campus in Lambach, and easily accessible by public transport. A pleasant ten-minute walk takes you to the train station. Lambach’s historic town centre, with its many bars, restaurants, and shops, can be reached in just eight minutes on foot.
